Syona Sachdeva

Syona is a development professional with over two years of experience in the development sector in project planning and implementation, program management, evaluation and research. Her areas of interest include synergies between environment and development, climate change and inclusive growth. Prior to GCNI, she worked as Associate Fellow with Govt. of NCT of Delhi as Chief Minister’s Associate Fellow, where she led various projects related to urban environment, climate change. She has also worked with think tanks and International NGO on issues covering air pollution in Delhi. 

She holds a Masters degree in MSc International Development: Environment, Climate Change & Development from University of Manchester. She has done her Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor’s of Technology from Jaypee University Noida.

Currently, she is working as a Programme Officer at UN GCNI.
