The 12th  Subir Raha Memorial Lecture is a prestigious annual event that is held in honour of Late Mr. Subir Raha, to pay rich tributes to his achievements; delivered by experts and luminaries from different walks of life. It is organised every year to honour the legacy and vision of the Late Mr. Subir Raha, former CMD, ONGC, and the Founder-President of the Global Compact Network India. Under his leadership, GCNI was able to establish a firm foundation on which we continue to build our future. Subir Raha departed this world on 1st February 2010 and we organised the Subir Raha Memorial Lecture to mark our unwavering commitment to his ideals and purpose. The theme for this year was ‘ “Affordable Green Energy: Navigating Capital and Infrastructural Challenges for Round The Clock Renewables ‘ and the lecture was delivered by Dr. Ajay Mathur, Director-General, International Solar Alliance (ISA)
