‘United Nations Global Compact Network India (GCNI)’ has partnered with “India – ICT enabled integration for green growth” initiative of the World Bank that aims to create a structured framework for knowledge management and capacity building for Indian Smart Cities. The project aims to help Indian Smart cities in planning their digital development initiatives in a collaborative manner. This is the only knowledge initiative in the country where the World Bank, GCNI and United Nations University, Portugal (UNU E-GOV) have agreed to work collectivity to address knowledge management and training needs of Indian smart cities.
