Global Compact Network India (GCNI) in collaboration with WOW Factors India is pleased to announce its second capacity building workshop on “Developing Women Leadership: A Roadmap to Success” on 1st-2nd feb , 2018. This two days training program is designed to enhance leadership abilities for women participants to enable them to manage a highly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) business environment and also maintain right balance of work and life, thereby move to the next level of leadership and who are ready to commit themselves in a challenging environment and to help them become more effective leaders within their organizations, and who are ready to bring best in them towards greater roles & responsibilities in their organizations.
