Learner’s Terms and Conditions

To ensure a fair, transparent, and compliant process for all participants, please adhere to the following rules and guidelines for applying to the Management Development Program on “Business Ethics and Integrity: Foundations of Sustainable and Responsible Business Practices“:

  1. Application Process:
    • All applications must be submitted through the official registration link/QR code in the brochure or our website.
    • Complete all mandatory fields in the application form accurately.
  2. Program Fees:
    • The program fee is ₹15,000/- per participant, excluding GST.
    • Fees must be paid in full by the stipulated deadline to confirm registration.
    • Payment methods will be specified on the registration portal.
    • All payments are subject to applicable taxes (e.g., GST) per Indian regulations.
  3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    • Participant Cancellation:
      • Cancellations made 15 days before the program start date will be eligible for a [75%] refund.
      • Cancellations made less than [15 days] before the program start date will not be eligible for a refund.
      • Substitution of participants is permitted with prior written approval from the program coordinators up to [3 days] before the program commences.
    • Program Cancellation/Rescheduling:
      • In the unlikely event that we cancel the program due to unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will receive a full refund of the program fees. No compensation or reimbursement of any other expenses/loss for such cancellation will be paid/payable by us.
      • If the program is rescheduled, participants can attend the new dates or receive a full refund of the program fee paid.
  4. Code of Conduct:
    • Participants must maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout the program sessions and networking events.
  5. Intellectual Property:
    • All program content, materials, presentations, and methodologies are the intellectual property of IILM University, Greater Noida, and UN Global Compact Network India (UN GCNI) or its respective owners/creators.
    • Participants are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using program materials for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.
  6. Data Privacy:
    • Personal information collected during the application and registration will be used solely for program administration, communication, and certificate issuance.
    • Participant data will be handled under applicable data protection laws and our privacy policy.
  7. Certification:
    • A certificate of completion will be awarded to participants who successfully attend all sessions and fulfill any program requirements.
  8. Dispute Resolution:
    • Any disputes arising from the program enrollment or participation will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
