Arunima RJ

Arunima RJ is a social work professional with 3 years of experience in program management, community mobilization, and advocacy. Her work has had significant impact in areas such as child protection and care, education, women and child empowerment, and SDG-focused rural development. She excels in optimizing project outcomes, leading advocacy efforts, mobilizing communities, and managing teams and resources, including extensive work on CSR projects.

Arunima RJ holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Kerala (Sociology Department, Karyavattom Campus), specializing in Medical and Psychiatry, and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Language (SN College Chempazhanthi, University of Kerala). Her special interest in community-led social change and strengthening grassroots systems is reflected in her research thesis and dissertation publication focusing on human rights movements at the local-self government level, with special participation of the community and youth. She currently works as a Program Officer at the UN GCNI.
