On December 9th, 2023, the International Anti-Corruption Day was commemorated with a Global Symposium on "Promoting Transparency: Strategies for Driving Multi-Stakeholder Engagement to Fight Corruption," organized by the UN Global Compact Network India (UN GCNI) in collaboration with Atmiya University, Rajkot, Gujarat. The event brought together experts, stakeholders, and participants from various sectors to discuss and strategize on enhancing transparency and accountability to combat corruption.

The Report "Uniting Against Corruption: Regional Perspectives on Collective Action" demonstrates the dynamics of Corruption and anti-corruption efforts across different local networks (GCLNs) of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC).
The UNGC's local networks of Brazil, Malaysia & Brunei, Indonesia, Kenya, India, and Bangladesh highlighted their experience on what has worked well and how they have adapted to local challenges, customized solutions, advanced mitigation efforts, and upscaled initiatives to create a lasting impact.
The Report has been prepared by the LN Bangladesh with support from the SII project leads from LNs - Brazil, Malaysia & Brunei, Indonesia, Kenya, India, and Bangladesh.
